Carrol was born and bread in Toowoomba, and is the youngest of 10 children, now married with 3 of her own and 1 gorgeous granddaughter. She has owned a couple of businesses in her time together with her husband, and enjoyed the benefits that brings.

Carrol has been a Property Manager for over 23 years, with experience in New South Wales in a family business, and Queensland now for the past 10 years. She came back to Toowoomba at the beginning of 2000 where she got back into Property Management again and kept at it, and so hopefully the experience comes through for you. She is licensed and understands the importance of being within the law, but working with it, to create a good experience for all. Carrol is a people person and you will find that she can have a good friendly relationship with both Landlord and Tenant, which brings a nice union to both, but the experience to keep businesslike as a priority.
